36 Young Volunteers March to the West!

A team of 36 Paschim Paaila volunteers departed for Surkhet after a Candle Light Vigil at Maitighar Mandala, Kathmandu today before dark. The team comprises of

2 ENPHO representatives
8 MBBS interns (medicine students)
25 public health students
1 journalist

They received a full day of training by a doctor from the Public Health Department, Bipin Dangol (ENPHO) and other professionals in WATSAN sector before they departed on a hired bus.

The team was given a special farewell with 'tika' by MaHa Jodi and speech by Bhushan Tuladhar. 10 other youth were present in solidarity with the team at the Mandala.
